CPISC Strategic Plan
Since its inception, the Canadian Printing Industries Sector Council (CPISC) has been building a solid foundation for the development of a comprehensive HR management strategy for the printing and graphic communications industry. Now that the building blocks are in place, CPISC is moving into action and evolving to offer products, services, tools and programs. This transition will not happen overnight, but instead in a strategic manner as detailed in our 2010-2013 Strategic Plan.
CPISC’s new three-year Strategic Plan equips our industry with the necessary resources and tools to handle whatever the future has in store. Specifically, the plan:
- sets forth a more focused and forceful mission based on what we have learned as an organization and an industry since our inception in 2006;
- identifies four overarching objectives that the industry must achieve in order to prosper;
- specifies the goals that CPISC must achieve in the next three years; and
- describes the activities that CPISC will undertake to reach our goals and help the industry succeeed.
